Field Trip Stickers | Free Printable For Your Planner

Sharing is caring!

I’ve been having fun designing planner stickers for my Happy Planner. I’ve come up with a few and now it’s time for me to share my Field Trip stickers. I find that my kids have a busier life than me! My planner is full of mostly their activities. One of their activities is school field trips so field trip stickers are a must.

I’ve looked at a number of stickers online but haven’t been able to find something that is just right and fits my needs. For me, the criteria for good field trip stickers is not only that it mentions the fact that there is a field trip, but also has space for me to include which child and where. A simple little sticker stating field trip doesn’t help me keep track of things – I need details!

Just like my Doctor Appointment Stickers, I need to have space to enter in which child and where.

I have designed just a few of these field trip stickers. Feel free to resize them to fit your planner or calendar and then copy and paste them to print as many as you need. I personally prefer to print a few at a time. While I do have three kids, I certainly don’t need an entire page of these field trip stickers.

Quite often I will print out a variety of stickers on one sheet. This allows me to print exactly what I want and I am able to cut down on wasting the sticker paper because I can fill it up.

How to Print out the Field Trip Stickers

Using Microsoft Word

  • Save the image and simply paste the image into a Word document. Size it to whatever size you want. Paste it in as many times as you want or need.
  • Print on full sheet sticker sheets (something like Avery 6503; there are other options available in stationery stores and online).
  • Use a paper cutter to cut your stickers. Note that they won’t be “perfect” all the way around. You could use scissors if you want it exact.

Using a Cutting Machine like the Cricut or Silhouette

  • Upload the image into your cutting machine’s software and treat it as a print and cut image. Size it to whatever size you want.
  • I have a Cricut Explore Air 2 and duplicated it as many times as I needed in Design Space.
  • Print out on full sheet sticker paper (like above) and let your machine do the cutting.
