I’ve decided to design a bunch of my own stickers since I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted online. These stickers not only work with planners but with calendars as well. So regardless of your organization or planning method, these stickers will work. I am going to start off with these weekend stickers
Like all of you, I have a very busy and full life and so I always look forward to weekends. I like having “I heart weekends” stickers so that I can see them in my planner and I have something to look forward to.
Now, there are a number of planner stickers online. However, I didn’t like the way they were formatted. I did not have the flexibility of changing the size. I also didn’t like the fact that I didn’t have any flexibility in the layout or the number of stickers that I wanted. I wanted to be able to create my own sticker sheets with the stickers that I wanted and the number of stickers that I needed. I don’t necessarily need an entire sheet of weekend stickers.
So I designed a small set of stickers that can be duplicated as many times as needed – depending on the number of stickers that you want. I did these I heart weekends stickers in 3 different colours so you could choose whatever colour you wanted, or do all 3. Small sets of stickers allow you to customize your sticker sheet and allow you to print exactly what you want – you can add different types of planner stickers to your sheet; you don’t have to do an entire sheet (unless you want to) and so as to not waste a sticker sheet, you can maximize the space by adding other stickers to it as well.
How to Print out These “I Heart Weekends” Stickers
Using Microsoft Word
- Save the image and simply paste the image into a Word document. Size it to whatever size you want. Paste it in as many times as you want or need.
- Print on full sheet sticker sheets (something like Avery 6503; there are other options available in stationery stores and online).
- Use a paper cutter to cut your stickers – however, it’ll just be in a rectangular shape. If you want to cut them out exactly as is, you can use scissors.
Using a Cutting Machine like the Cricut or Silhouette
- Upload the image into your cutting machine’s software and treat it as a print and cut image. Size it to whatever size you want.
- I have a Cricut Explore Air 2 and duplicated it as many times as I needed in Design Space.
- Print out on full sheet sticker paper (like above) and let your machine do the cutting.
I will be designing a number of small sets of planner stickers. Be sure to download all of them in order to create your custom sticker sheets. This way you get exactly what you want and need and don’t waste any sticker paper. I love the flexibility that this gives me.
