Now, to be honest, the way my banking is set up. I can schedule payments to pay bills. So most of the time, I don’t really need a reminder. However, there are a couple of bills, my Visa included in which I need to remember when to pay. My online banking doesn’t seem to give me an option to pay the bill on a specific day – probably because it’s the same bank and it’s considered a “transfer of funds” as opposed to bill payment. Anyway, I’m one of those who doesn’t believe in giving up my money until the day of, and so I designed some bill payment stickers to help me to remember.

As you may have been following, I’ve designed a number of planner stickers that allow for more flexibility. I have designed and posted in small sets, allowing you to print exactly the number of stickers you want, as well as giving you the ability to size them the way you want. After all, there are different-sized planners. These also work well on wall calendars. You can also print as few or as many as you want.

How to Print out These Pay Bill Planner Stickers

Using Microsoft Word

  • Save the image and simply paste the image into a Word document. Size it to whatever size you want. Paste it in as many times as you want or need.
  • Print on full sheet sticker sheets (something like Avery 6503; there are other options available in stationery stores and online).
  • Use a paper cutter to cut your stickers – however, it’ll just be in a rectangular shape. If you want to cut them out exactly as is, you can use scissors.

Using a Cutting Machine like the Cricut or Silhouette

  • Upload the image into your cutting machine’s software and treat it as a print and cut image. Size it to whatever size you want.
  • I have a Cricut Explore Air 2 and duplicated it as many times as I needed in Design Space.
  • Print out on full sheet sticker paper (like above) and let your machine do the cutting.

I will be designing a number of small sets of planner stickers. Be sure to download all of them in order to create your custom sticker sheets. This way you get exactly what you want and need and don’t waste any sticker paper. I love the flexibility that this gives me. Because, really – you don’t need a whole sheet of these. For me, I really only need 12 per year. So cut and paste as many as you need. Quite often when I make stickers, I have a variety that I print – this way I only print what I need.

I have 2 different planner stickers that I designed. For me, I only have to remember when to pay my Visa bill and so I made a specific one for my Visa because it involves a transfer, as opposed to a bill payment when it comes to my online banking. If you have more than one bill that you need to remember, I’ve designed a sticker that allows you to specify which bill it is. Both stickers have a checkbox in which you can check once you’ve made the payment. I must admit, that there is something very satisfying about checking off something once done. It must be why I love making lists.

Both of these stickers are available as jpegs in my Free Resource Library. To gain access to my free Resource Library use the password found at the bottom of my newsletters. If you are not already a subscriber, you can easily sign up at the bottom of this page.
