It’s that time of year again. It’s Amazon Prime Day 2021.

Amazon Prime Day starts today and lasts for 48 hours. For those two days, there will be over 2 million deals to be had, on a variety of items.

Please note that Amazon Prime Day will only be in the USA and UK. Prime Day has been paused for Canada due to the pandemic. No word has been made as to if and when there will be an Amazon Prime Day for Canada.

What is Amazon Prime?

This sale is for Amazon Prime Members only. Amazon Prime is their customer rewards program. As a Prime member, you will get access to all sorts of deals on Amazon – including household appliances, clothing, and of course – crafting supplies.

You’ll need an Amazon Prime membership in order to take advantage of the deals. With Amazon Prime, you’ll get free 2-day shipping on eligible orders (great when you need a printer cartridge in a hurry or a quick gift), as well as access to Kindle Books, access to Amazon Prime Video (movies and series, including the Marvellous Mrs. Maisel – a personal favourite) and Amazon Music.

US membership is $12.99USD/month or $119USD/year. In Canada, it is $7.99CAD/month or $79CAD/year. The Canadian side of Amazon has fewer items and therefore fewer deals. For me, the free shipping is worth it alone. I love how I can get light bulbs delivered the same day if I order in the morning!

Amazon Prime Day 2021 Deals for Knitters and Crocheters

Crochet Hook Set with Case – I don’t have arthritis, but I do love the soft handles as it makes it so much more comfortable to crochet.
Bamboo Knitting Needle Set – I love my bamboo knitting needles. They’re so smooth and easy to work with. This even comes with a pouch.
Wooden yarn bowl – this yarn bowl is lovely!
Sheep yarn bowl – this is just too cute!
Embroidery Scissors – sharp little scissors are always handy. This comes with a nice little cover.
Digital row counter and stitch marker set – if you don’t have these items already, now is the time to get them.
Locking stitch markers – great for any crochet or knitting project.

Amazon Prime Day 2021 Deals For Sewers

CHI Iron – I love this iron. It’s great for everyday ironing as well as your sewing needs. It’s powerful and has a great steam feature.
Heavy Duty Singer Sewing Machine – many swear by this good, basic sewing machine.
Snap Kit – I like these kits because they have a bit of everything to get you started.
Self Healing Cutting Mat – everyone needs one of these mats. They’re great for cutting out pattern pieces, as well as papercrafts.
Sewing Clips – I love using these instead of pins for my sewing.
Erasable Sewing Pens – these are very handy for marking fabric.
Sewing Tape – this is basically wonder tape. Use this to help with hemming or lining up stripes.
1/4 Inch Sewing Elastic – always good to have on hand.

Amazon Prime Day 2021 Deals for Crafters

Cricut Explore Air 2 – Amazon Prime Day typically has a Cricut deal.
Cricut Maker – I love my Cricut Maker.
Cricut Maker Kit – this is a bundle that comes with some vinyl so you can get started right away.
T-shirt Ruler Guide – do you make T-shirts? Then this is a must-have!
Glitter Card Stock – this is great for cards, cake toppers, and more.
Mini glue gun – this one comes with glue sticks which is handy.
Metallic Adhesive Vinyl – I am a sucker for metallics. I’ve personally never used this brand, but it has some decent reviews.
Washi Tape (Solid) -this 60 roll pack will come in handy for everything from paper crafts to decorate your planner.
Washi Tape (Patterned) – look at all these pretty patterns! This should keep you busy for a while.
Washi Tape (with gold foil) – I love shiny washi tape! It’s just so fancy.
Self Healing Cutting Mat – everyone needs one of these mats. They’re great for cutting out pattern pieces, as well as papercrafts.
Mylar Stencil Sheets – these would be great for painting signs.
Wool Roving – make dryer balls or stay tuned for my post on a soft cultured flower and succulent.
Needle Felter – this is the style needle I use. I like that this comes with extra needles as they can break and it’s good to have extras on hand.
White Cardstock – always good to have on hand.
Teflon Sheets – for use when heat pressing vinyl. You can also sew these into pressing pillows.
Bamboo Plant Labels – these are the ones I used to make my personalized plant markers.
Acrylic Round Blanks – I use these for Christmas Ornaments.
Acrylic Dog Bone Blanks – these make great keepsakes and Christmas ornaments. Add some glitter to it too!

Amazon Prime Day 2021 Deals to Go With Your Essential Oils

9 Pack Amber Spray Bottles – these are great for making your own cleaners at home.
24 Pack Small Spray Bottles – these are great for making your own hand sanitizer, room sprays or mask refreshers with essential oils
24 Pack Rollers – use these to make your own rollers.
Epsom Salt – this 1-gallon bucket is great. Use by itself or in making bath bombs.
Citric Acid – this is used in making bath bombs or shower steamers.
Bamboo Diffuser Holder Carousel – I love how this looks. It holds a diffuser as well as essential oils.
Jojoba Oil – I use this for mixing with essential oils for a face serum.

Stasher set – I’m slowly working my way to replace all my disposable plastic bags with these reusable bags. They’re pricey so it’s good to get them when they are on sale.
Macaron Baking Mat – I spent time in lockdown baking macarons. Having this kind of mat made a huge difference.
Dog Poop Bags – These bags are not only handy for walking the dog, but also for whenever you need a little bag. I’ve heard of many using them for dirty diapers.
LaCie 4TB External Hard Drive – I have lots of photos that I need to keep backed up.
Anker Lightning Cables – I like these to charge the phones in our house.
